I use Adobe Lightroom for processing all my RAW files. It's more than just a photo organizer, It's become an important part of many photographers workflow. Scott Kelby uses it for all of his RAW processing and about 70% of his workflow.

I recently found some neat presets at Inside Lightroom. For this photo, I used the Cross Process Dragan 4 preset.
