As I drove past this old barn the other day, the weathered wood caught my eye. The sun was setting and was shining on the west side of the barn leaving a very yellow tint to the wood. I have a Circular Polarizer filter on my list to purchase one of these days, this would have been a perfect opportunity to use it to make the sky dark blue.
All the old barns are being torn down in my neighborhood to make room for all the large homes being built. I suspect this barn will be torn down along with the farm house some day.
