Our hotel was right on the beach so it wasn't too hard to imagine what my wife wanted to do. We spent time on the beach, driving down the coast in a red convertible beetle, swimming in the pool and eating good food. We had an absolute blast and the timing turned out for the better for my wife, she had just buried her mother the week before from a sudden loss just after Christmas.
Today is her Birthday, Happy Birthday Karyn

Amazing set of photos Scott from what sounds like an awesome trip. I served as a missionary in Clearwater for awhile and enjoyed the city. Beautiful beach, especially with that pier.
Great shots Scott. I hope all is getting better! Also thanks for the company on the drive to Jarvie's class!
I think the best vacations are ones where you don' t make plans and just wake up and decide what you feel like doing. Life is so busy, why keep it up on vacation. Sounds like it was perfect for your wife.
Love the sunset photos.
